A Bit About Us
Redrose have been marketing and managing properties "To Let" since 2004 and our experience over the years has taught us how to look after your most important asset as if it were our own.
We specialise in properties on Buckshaw Village but also have many other managed properties within a 15 mile radius of our village office. We manage all sizes and types of properties, mainly unfurnished and welcome the addition of more. Our expectations are high when taking on a new property as we believe that a tenant deserves both a good standard of accommodation and a Landlord who is prepared to work with us to look after their property.

Selecting an Agent
Our advice to anyone thinking of letting a property - even if you are thinking of doing it yourself - is to at least discuss the situation with a letting agent first. At Redrose we are happy to discuss our standard letting options with you but can also tailor the agency to include your special requirements. Also, if you let your property through us, we will ensure that, as the landlord, you are protected from any issues raised by the various Housing, Landlord and Tenant Acts, as well as the many Safety Regulations.
We pride ourselves on always acting in the best interests of our landlords, backed up with 'public liability', 'professional indemnity' and 'client money protection insurance'. We are also members of the Property Ombudsman Redress Scheme. All of our agents are part of a continuous personal development programme to ensure they are always on top of the latest issues and changes in legislation. We have a skilled, competent pool of tradesman to ensure that your property is maintained to the correct standard and at a competitive price.
Unlike other Agents we do not make a margin on arranging maintenance work on your behalf. This can work out very costly for a Landlord and is very important when selecting which Agent to use.

Let Only Service
The Let Only service is designed to allow you to fully take over the management of your property once we have found your tenant. We will find your tenant, reference them to a class A standard unless otherwise agreed, provide all paperwork associated with the check in process and collect the first months rent and deposit. We will then pass everything over to yourself ready for you to manage your property there after.

At Redrose we believe that one of the most, if not, THE most important tool in order to sell your home are fantastic pictures. We use wide angle lens shots as standard with all of the properties we advertise making sure that your home looks the best it possibly can.
Full measurements & descriptions
You'd be surprised to know that not every estate agent takes measurements as standard, we do! We will do room descriptions as well as measurements so that buyers get a good understand of your home.
Rightmove Premium Listings
We provide premium listings on all of our adverts setting your property apart from the rest! Rightmove stats have shown that 35% more property brochures are viewed when premium listed
Colour Floor Plans
As part of our marketing tools, we also provide full colour floor plans as standard. This gives any potential buyers a good idea of the layout of your home. Rightmove stats have shown that using floor plans increases buyer interest by a whopping 30%!
A3 Office Advertisement
Our office is in a fabulous location with plenty of passing trade. We will put your property in the front of our office window in our premium A3 displays - at night these are back lit which show of your property in all its glory!
NEW! Office TV Advertisement
New to our office are two 47" LG TV screens. Your house will cycle on these screens all day and into the night so no one will ever miss seeing your property. A great tool to show off your home.
