Bought a alleged 6month ols scooter from them, found it to be older than that. They claimed it would do 40 miles on single charge, it didn't only 25 miles. Three new batteries as each one they installed not new as they claimed but reconditioned. The scooter has broken down 4 times in 12 months. They won't answer the phone, won't return calls, you know why, they've done a runner. They have shut up shop and gone, and I'm not the only one after them, the 3 year warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. So if anyone else out there has bought a scooter from them, jolly good luck with that. My advice, contact Trading Standards, giving names of owners, Geoff (Jim) father and Geoff son Crossley.
